Palletizing stations
The use of industrial robots and collaborative robots (cobots) in packaging and palletizing processes maximizes end-of-line productivity, eliminates downtime, and relieves employees from the monotonous lifting of heavy loads.
Comprehensive palletizing stations can be equipped with dedicated grippers (vacuum, mechanical/custom-form), automatic pallet and cardboard interlayer dispensers, as well as internal transport/conveyor systems. Depending on the required throughput, product payload, and available floor space, we offer both compact cobot stations and high-performance industrial robot cells from any manufacturer.
What tasks you will robotize with our solutions?
Palletizing and depalletizing of cardboard boxes, cases, and trays (single-pick, multi-pick, and full-layer handling).
Palletizing of bags, canisters, buckets, and secondary packaging (shrink packs, blister packs).
Palletizing of industrial components and KLT containers for the automotive and machinery industries.
Auxiliary processes: automatic picking and placing of cardboard/anti-slip slip sheets and tier sheets.
Pallet handling and packaging: feeding empty pallets from a dispenser, part marking/labeling, and integration with automatic stretch wrappers.
Mixed-Case palletizing equipped with 2D/3D machine vision systems for recognizing part orientation and dimensions.

What will you gain by using it?
Increased throughput and 24/7 continuous operation – robotic palletizing eliminates bottlenecks at the end of the production line.
Ergonomics and employee safety – relieves operators from heavy physical labor and repetitive manual lifting.
Repeatability and load stability – precise layer placement significantly minimizes the risk of product damage in transit.
Changeover flexibility – intuitive software allows operators to select or generate new pallet patterns within minutes directly from the HMI panel.

How much does it cost?
Each workstation is engineered specifically for your cycle time, payload requirements, and floor space constraints, preventing over-engineering and unnecessary capital expenditures. We offer assistance in taking advantage of tax credits for robotization, operational leasing, and securing grants for manufacturing automation. We assist with formalities, provide legal and accounting guidance, and deliver a detailed Return on Investment (ROI) calculation.
Why choose our product?
Over 20 years of experience of the AKE Group in automation, industrial robotics, and the automotive sector.
3D Simulation & Virtual Commissioning (Digital Twin / VR) – before building the physical cell, we prepare a full 3D simulation (Process Simulate, DELMIA, ABB RobotStudio, Yaskawa MotoSim) to validate real-world cycle times and robot reach.
Custom gripper design – our mechanical engineering department designs tailored end-effectors matched to the exact specifications of your product.
Comprehensive turnkey delivery with CE marking – we take full responsibility for the entire implementation lifecycle.
